HUNTERBROOK RESIDENCE underwent an extensive renovation, encompassing the kitchen, living room, walk-in pantry, office, powder room, and primary bathroom. The project involved strategically removing walls to create a seamless flow between the kitchen and living room, enhancing the overall spaciousness. By reconfiguring an underutilized large closet and relocating the powder room, we significantly expanded the kitchen, incorporating an office nook and a walk-in pantry. In the primary bathroom, the layout was meticulously redesigned to feature a large, open spa-like shower, with raised ceilings to increase natural light and airiness, thereby elevating the luxurious and modern ambiance of the space. Furthermore, the fireplace was renovated, and we collaborated with local craftspeople to create bespoke furniture, adding unique and personalized elements to the project.
